About Me...

I live in the South West of England with a small geriatric cat and an even smaller dog! I can often be found roaming Dartmoor, daydreaming and thinking up ideas for my next project.

I spent most of my career working in a prison. Whilst there, I worked with men convicted of a wide range of offences. I worked in various roles from rehabilitation and substance misuse, to teaching business start-up and social enterprise. I have now hung up my keys and fulfilled a lifelong dream of writing my first novel.

As an avid reader from a young age, I realised many years ago that I wanted to write a book. My first book, Her, is about a female serial killer and I have loved following her around Plymouth, seeing who she will bump off next! I am delighted to have this opportunity to publish with Gorse Books and am already working on my next project!
